Verzendwijzen
Afhankelijk van het type product wordt uw bestelling via briefpost of pakketpost bezorgd.

•     Briefpost
•     The Old Indian Shop zal kleine artikelen per briefpost aan u versturen. Wanneer de enveloppe is overhandigd aan PostNL ontvangt u per e-mail een verzendbevestiging. De enveloppe met uw product(en) zal door uw postbode bezorgd worden. 
•     Pakketpost
•     De meeste producten worden verstuurd via PostNL pakketpost. Wanneer wij het pakket hebben overhandigd aan PostNL ontvangt u van ons een e-mail met een Track & Trace-link waarmee u het bestelde pakket kunt volgen.Wanneer het pakket bij u wordt afgeleverd zal voor de ontvangst getekend moeten worden. Indien u niet thuis bent zal een tweede afleverpoging worden verzorgt op de eerstvolgende dag (behalve zondag). Als ook de tweede aanbiedpoging is mislukt, zal het pakket worden afgeleverd bij een servicepunt van PostNL bij u in de buurt. U kan het pakket dan gedurende een periode van 3 weken afhalen bij het PostNL servicepunt.

U kunt indien gewenst uw online bestelling bij The Old Indian Shop afhalen op maandag t/m zondag van 10.30 uur tot 18.30 uur.
Om van deze mogelijkheid gebruik te maken selecteert u tijdens het afrekenen onder ‘verzenddetails’ dat u uw bestelling afhaalt.

General Shipping (EN)

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days within placing an order.
Shipping rates are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. Arrival time for international orders will varies by location and shipping method.

International Shipping (Business Days)*
Standard: 6-14 business days (varies by location)Expedited: 4-8 days (with Tracking)

*Transit may take longer if the parcel was delayed due to carrier mishandling, customs delay, or other circumstances beyond our control. The Old Indian Shop will only ship the products to the address that is indicated on the order.

*Orders placed with International standard shipping will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen. The buyer assumes this responsibility by choosing this method.

The Old Indian Shop is not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped out of our warehouse or for delays due to unforeseen postal delays such as "adverse weather conditions", "Beyond carrier control", or "Missed at facility" - please plan accordingly.


Order discrepancy*
If you’re claiming an order discrepancy, please contact us within 7 business days for assistance. Any inquiries past this time frame is unreasonable for us to accommodate.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for any reason as long as the item(s) did not ship from our warehouse.
For any change/modification request after order is placed (address, item, quantity, color, etc) notify us to cancel and please reorder with the updated information.

REFUSED DELIVERY PACKAGE
For items returned to sender due to “undeliverable as addressed” or “insufficient address” shown on the tracking status, The Old Indian Shop will issue a refund minus S&H charge once the item is delivered to our office.

International Shipping Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of The Netherlands may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees,which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient;
we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country;
you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.The purchaser will be responsible for all customs taxes and additional taxes that are charged by the destination country.

Please note that international orders may be subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer.

The Old Indian Shop is not responsible for lost of international packages once they have been shipped out of our warehouse. Lastly,The Old Indian Shop is not responsible for any international return postage.
